ENAS Pre-Forum and Forum 2026
SEVILLE - SPAIN
Shaping the future of university sports through
sustainability and AI
REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN
We are delighted to invite you to the 28th Annual ENAS Forum & Assembly 2026, that will be held in the warm and historical city of Sevilla, Spain, from 8 to 13 November 2026.
Overview
Proudly hosted by our member Pablo de Olavide University, the ENAS Forum Seville 2026 represents a landmark gathering for professionals and researchers committed to the advancement of university sports across Europe. The 2026 edition adopts the theme "Shaping the Future of University Sports through Sustainability and AI", reflecting a dual strategic commitment to ecological responsibility and technological innovation within academic sport settings.
As university sport services face mounting pressure to align with institutional sustainability agendas and the European Green Deal, the Forum provides a timely platform for sharing evidence-based practices and policy frameworks. At the same time, the growing use of artificial intelligence in sport management, and student engagement creates new opportunities that need to be carefully explored and understood. Seville, a city renowned for its cultural heritage and vibrant academic community, offers an appropriate and inspiring backdrop for reflections of this scope.
The ENAS Forum Seville 2026 will facilitate the exchange of research findings, case studies, and collaborative project development among university sport leaders, practitioners, and academics. Participants are expected to critically examine the intersection of digital innovation and environmental stewardship as complementary rather than competing priorities. In doing so, the ENAS Forum Seville 2026 positions itself as a pivotal space for shaping a more sustainable, inclusive, and technologically informed vision of university sport in Europe and beyond.
Join us for a week of knowledge-sharing, connection-building and inspiration.

The airport is located approximately 10 km from the city centre. The official event hotel, the Ibis Styles Sevilla City Santa Justa, is conveniently located near the Santa Justa railway station. It can be reached easily by various means of transport:
By taxi (from airport): taxis are available directly outside the airport terminal. The journey to the hotel typically takes 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs approximately €20-€30.
By public transport (from airport): the EA (Especial Aeropuerto) airport bus operates regularly between Seville Airport and the city centre. The bus stops at Santa Justa railway station, which is the nearest public transport stop to the hotel. The journey from Seville Airport (SVQ) to Santa Justa railway station typically takes 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic and the time of day. From the bus stop at Santa Justa, it is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel.
By train (from other cities): if you are travelling by train, make sure to stop at Santa Justa railway station, which is within walking distance (approximately 5–10 minutes) of the hotel.
