ENAS COFFEE

ENAS Coffee is a dedicated online meeting series designed to foster connections among ENAS members and encourage the exchange of ideas, experiences and best practices within the network. Through informal and interactive sessions, members have the opportunity to present successful projects, innovative initiatives, and current challenges related to university sport and physical activity.

With its renewed format, ENAS Coffee aims to provide regular opportunities for learning, discussion and collaboration throughout the year. Each session will focus on topics that are relevant to our community, encouraging active participation from members and fostering a stronger sense of engagement within the network. The sessions are held online on the last Friday of every month at 10:00 (CET).

For any questions, suggestions, or if you would like to contribute to an upcoming ENAS Coffee session, please contact officer@enas-sport.net.

Topic: Using AI in grant writing - Saving Time Without Sounding Generic

Presenter: Mira Pape

Brief description:

Writing strong funding proposals takes time that most university sports teams simply don't have and while AI promises relief, the drafts it produces often sound interchangeable and miss what makes your project distinctive. In this ENAS Coffee session, we will look at where AI genuinely saves time, where it does not, and how the writing process itself needs to change when using AI.

The session will be led by Mira Pape, who has trained over 4000+ nonprofit and public-sector professionals in AI-supported grant writing since 2023. She also brings hands-on experience from within university sports, having led two third-party-funded projects at Leuphana University's university sports department: as project lead for Sustainability in and through university sports“ and a health-insurance funded project called "Taktgeber".

Join us at the ENAS Coffee on 29th May at 10am CET to hear more about this topic. If you still don’t have the link, contact officer@enas-sport.net
