We are delighted to invite you to the 27th Annual ENAS Forum & Assembly 2025, that will be held in the beautiful city of Vilnius, Lithuania, from 9 to 14 November 2025.
Presenting the timely and impactful theme of "Lifelong Wellbeing: How University (Sports) Can Shape a Healthy Future”, this year the event is proudly hosted by Vilnius University, Mykolas Romeris University and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
Once more, the vibrant event will bring together university sport leaders, academics, and wellbeing advocates from across Europe to exchange insights on fostering healthier lifestyles through academic and sports communities. In 2025, the programme combines thought-provoking keynotes, interactive sessions, and cultural experiences, aiming to strengthen the role of universities in promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

Structure of the event
Pre-Forum: 9–11 November 2025 in Vilnius and Kaunas
The Pre-Forum activities will take place in both Vilnius and Kaunas, from November 11 to 13, 2025. Its programme offers participants an immersive introduction to Lithuania’s culture and academic environment. Highlights include guided tours, visits to sports facilities such as Vytautas Magnus University and Zalgiris Arena, lecture and discussions on student-athlete mental health, and active wellbeing sessions like yoga and self-defense. Participants will also explore Vilnius’ historic city center, engage in healthy cooking activities, and take part in networking dinners—setting the stage for meaningful connections before the main forum.

- a Pre-Forum ticket grants you access to both the Pre-Forum and the Forum
Forum: 11-14 November 2025 in Vilnius
The Forum programme will feature expert speakers from leading institutions, covering topics like the neurophysiology of motivation, student’s challenges (as a burnout case study), and strategies for enhancing wellbeing in university communities. Interactive formats, including panel and group discussions, and “speed dating” networking, will ensure active engagement. Social events such as the AsbjØrn Cup, gala dinner, and cultural excursions will further enrich the experience, creating a dynamic blend of professional development, collaboration, and cultural exchange. This year’s gathering promises to inspire actionable steps toward building healthier, more active university environments across Europe.Please note that a Forum ticket only gives you access to the Forum.

HOW TO REACH VILNIUS:
Getting to Vilnius is easy!
The most convenient option is flying directly into Vilnius International Airport (VNO), which offers numerous connections across Europe. Once you land, getting to the city center or your hotel is simple—a taxi ride takes just 15–25 minutes, and services like Uber and Bolt are widely available and reliable.
Another option is flying into Kaunas Airport (KUN). If you choose this route, you’ll need to continue your journey to Vilnius by train or bus, with travel times of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
ERASMUS FUNDING
For administrative support, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University provides a mobility form. You can download it here or on the registration portal.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Erasmus+ documentation aligns with their university’s requirements. The provided form can be adapted to suit your institution’s format and approval processes.
Please note that ENAS is not able to assist directly with obtaining Erasmus+ grants. Participants should reach out to their institution’s international office for guidance, as procedures and requirements vary.
