Register to the ENAS Pre-Forum and Forum 2025!

We are delighted to invite you to the ENAS Forum & Assembly 2025, taking place in the beautiful city of Vilnius, Lithuania, from 9 to 14 November 2025. This year's event is proudly hosted by Vilnius University, Mykolas Romeris University, and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

Join us in Vilnius—and for the Pre-Forum, also in Kaunas—for a week of knowledge-sharing, connection-building, and inspiration, all centered around the timely and impactful theme of "Lifelong Wellbeing in University Sports."

Here's what you can expect:

  • Engaging discussions and panel sessions (topics and speakers to be announced soon)

  • Insightful presentations from experts and ENAS members across Europe

  • Interactive sessions and networking opportunities with peers in university sport services

  • A platform to share and promote best practices that support wellbeing in academic communities

Structure of the Event

Please, note that the ENAS Forum has a Pre-Forum part as well.

A Pre-Forum ticket grants you access to both the Pre-Forum and the Forum.
A Forum ticket gives you access to the Forum only

  • Pre-Forum: 9–11 November 2025 in Vilnius and Kaunas
(trasnport to/from Kaunas will be provided to Pre-Forum Participants)

  • Forum: 11–14 November 2025 in Vilnius

Whether you're attending the full Forum or joining us just for the Pre-Forum, this event promises to provide valuable insights into how universities can support the health and wellbeing of their communities through sport and physical activity—through every stage of life.

Stay tuned—our full programme, including panels and expert topics, will be released in the coming months!

HOW TO REACH VILNIUS

Getting to Vilnius is easy! The most convenient option is flying directly into Vilnius International Airport (VNO), which offers numerous connections across Europe. Once you land, getting to the city center or your hotel is simple—a taxi ride takes just 15–25 minutes, and services like Uber and Bolt are widely available and reliable.

Another option is flying into Kaunas Airport (KUN). If you choose this route, you’ll need to continue your journey to Vilnius by train or bus, with travel times of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

ERASMUS FUNDING

For administrative support, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University provides a mobility form template and on the registration portal there is a template available.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Erasmus+ documentation aligns with their university’s requirements. The provided template can be adapted to suit your institution’s format and approval processes.

Please note that ENAS is not able to assist directly with obtaining Erasmus+ grants. Participants should reach out to their institution’s international office for guidance, as procedures and requirements vary.
